I would say that you are taking a partner, one who will listen to you, work with you, and make suggestions in your best interests.....not theirs. Karl Hancock is a man of integrity . He is honest, has strong moral principles, and does the right thing when no one else is looking. Karl and I worked as a team to build my dream home. I am just as happy with my home today as I was 17 years ago when he completed it.
